Responsabilidades

• Identificar clientes potenciales y generar nuevas oportunidades de negocio para la empresa;

Requisitos

Descripción del trabajo

Buscamos un jefe de crecimiento/jefe de ventas que pueda responder a estas preguntas: cómo aumentar el número de nuevos clientes, cómo aumentar los ingresos mensuales por cliente y qué hay que hacer para que los clientes se queden con nosotros durante mucho tiempo.

Responsabilidades

• Definición y mejora continua del Perfil del Cliente Ideal (empresas objetivo y contactos objetivo);
• Definición de las métricas clave, descripción de los algoritmos para su cálculo y seguimiento constante de los valores;
• Planificación de las ventas;
• Elaboración de un plan para alcanzar los objetivos fijados;
• Buscar oportunidades para hacer crecer los ingresos de la empresa y mejorar los indicadores tácticos (conversiones, cheque medio, ciclo de ventas, churn);
• Preparación de materiales (documentos, reglamentos, instrucciones, etc.) que ayuden a aumentar la eficacia de las ventas;
• Desarrollo y aplicación de procesos para trabajar con los clientes en todas las etapas del ciclo de vida (cliente principal, cliente existente, salida);
• Selección, configuración e implementación de CRM.

Requisitos

• Experiencia en ventas B2B;
• Experiencia en puestos directivos (jefe de ventas, jefe de crecimiento);
• No tenga miedo de hacer algunas cosas con sus propias manos (por ejemplo, preparar materiales, realizar encuestas o reunirse con grandes clientes al principio);
• La experiencia con clientes empresariales será una gran ventaja.
