Sorumluluklar

• Potansiyel müşterileri belirlemek ve şirket için yeni iş fırsatları yaratmak;
• Potansiyel müşterilerle iletişime geçmek ve onları nitelendirmek;
• Randevuları ayarlayarak, müşteri adaylarını takip ederek ve satış hedeflerine ulaşmaya yönelik ilerlemeyi izleyerek satış hattı boyunca müşteri adaylarını yönetmek.

Gereksinimler

• Satış veya müşteri hizmetleri alanında 1-3 yıl deneyim;

İş Tanımı

Yeni müşteri sayısını nasıl artırabiliriz, müşteri başına aylık geliri nasıl artırabiliriz ve müşterilerin uzun süre bizimle kalması için ne yapmalıyız gibi sorulara cevap verebilecek bir büyüme müdürü / satış müdürü arıyoruz.

Sorumluluklar

• İdeal Müşteri Profilinin (hedef şirketler ve hedef kişiler) tanımlanması ve sürekli iyileştirilmesi;
• Temel metriklerin tanımlanması, hesaplanmaları için algoritmaların tanımlanması ve değerlerin sürekli izlenmesi;
• Satış planlaması;
• Belirlenen hedeflere ulaşmak için bir plan geliştirilmesi;
• Şirketin gelirini artırmak ve taktiksel göstergeleri (dönüşümler, ortalama kontrol, satış döngüsü, kayıp) iyileştirmek için fırsatlar arayın;
• Satış verimliliğini artırmaya yardımcı olan materyallerin (belgeler, yönetmelikler, talimatlar vb.) hazırlanması;
• Yaşam döngüsünün tüm aşamalarında (müşteri adayı, mevcut müşteri, çıkış) müşterilerle çalışmak için süreçlerin geliştirilmesi ve uygulanması;
• CRM'in seçimi, yapılandırılması ve uygulanması.

• Proficiency in keyword research and competitive analysis
• Understanding of technical SEO (site structure, page speed, mobile optimization)
• Experience with content marketing and copywriting
• Knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook Ads, or other PPC platforms
• Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
