Verantwoordelijkheden

• Identificeren van potentiële klanten en genereren van nieuwe zakelijke kansen voor het bedrijf;

Functieomschrijving

We zijn op zoek naar een hoofd groei/hoofd verkoop die antwoord kan geven op vragen als: hoe kunnen we het aantal nieuwe klanten verhogen, hoe kunnen we het maandelijkse inkomen per klant verhogen en wat moet er gebeuren zodat klanten lang bij ons blijven.

Verantwoordelijkheden

• Definitie en voortdurende verbetering van het profiel van de ideale klant (doelbedrijven en doelcontacten);
• Definitie van belangrijke meetgegevens, beschrijving van algoritmen voor hun berekening en constante controle van waarden;
• Planning van de verkoop;
• Ontwikkeling van een plan om de gestelde doelen te bereiken;
• Zoeken naar mogelijkheden om de inkomsten van het bedrijf te laten groeien en tactische indicatoren (conversies, gemiddelde check, verkoopcyclus, churn) te verbeteren;
• Voorbereiding van materialen (documenten, voorschriften, instructies, enzovoort) die de verkoopefficiëntie helpen verhogen;
• Ontwikkelen en implementeren van processen voor het werken met klanten in alle fasen van de levenscyclus (lead, bestaande klant, uitstroom);
• Selectie, configuratie en implementatie van CRM.

Vereisten

• Ervaring met B2B-verkoop;
• Ervaring met managementfuncties (hoofd verkoop, hoofd groei);
• NWees in het begin niet bang om sommige dingen zelf te doen (bijvoorbeeld materialen voorbereiden, enquêtes houden of grote klanten ontmoeten);
• Ervaring met zakelijke klanten is een grote bonus.

• Proficiency in keyword research and competitive analysis
• Understanding of technical SEO (site structure, page speed, mobile optimization)
