仕事内容

新規顧客を増やすにはどうしたらいいか、顧客一人当たりの月収を上げるにはどうしたらいいか、顧客に長く使ってもらうためにはどうしたらいいか、そんな疑問に答えられる成長責任者/営業責任者を求めています。

責任

• 理想的な顧客像（ターゲット企業、ターゲットコンタクト）の定義と継続的な改善。
• 主要な測定基準の定義、その計算アルゴリズムの記述、および値の常時監視。
• 販売計画を立てる。
• 設定した目標を達成するための計画の策定。
• 会社の収益を伸ばし、戦術的指標（コンバージョン、平均チェック、販売サイクル、解約）を改善するための機会を探る。
• 販売効率を高めるための資料（文書、規定、指示書など）の作成。
